Rebel is a 12 week online program created to transform your health. Think of this as an educational experience. Over the course of our time together, we will teach you everything you need to maintain vibrant health and a lean body composition.

This program was created for women who feel like they’ve tried it all and are ready to fully commit for 12 weeks!

Christa Fletcher, RHN

Christa Fletcher is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher, Wife and Mom based in Ottawa, Ontario. Her journey into nutrition started as an accident, no pun intended. Years ago, she was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident that turned her life upside down. As someone that suffered from anxiety and major digestive issues, she was first introduced to yoga, and then serendipitously found her way into nutrition. She has experienced first-hand how the right foods and living holistically changed her life and improved her overall wellbeing, so now she wants to help other women do the same.

 Christa has a very busy and active lifestyle, so she understands how hard it can be to make your health a priority. This is why Christa specializes in helping women optimize their gut health and reduce anxiety through non-restrictive meal planning. She believes food should always be enjoyed, not restricted, and it's Christa’s mission to make nutrition more accessible, so you feel more balanced to live a healthy life that fits you.

Dr. Jesse Pierce

Dr. Jesse Pierce, ND, Bsc., is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and has been in practice in Ottawa since 2008. Dr. Jesse has a busy practice with special interest in treating complex chronic illness. She has a professional interest in untangling difficult cases by addressing mold/mycotoxins, chronic infections, an overall high toxic load, and mental/emotional blockages that prevent the body from healing. When she is not seeing patients, attending conferences or preparing for speaking engagements, Jesse can be found riding her mountain bike, hiking, or paddling down a river with her family.

Jill Lane

Jill Lane, Founder of Fueling Champions® has spent over 20 years consulting, coaching and teaching functional nutrition and exercise physiology. Her passion for helping pro athletes, sports families and high achievers attain max strength, quick recovery, heightened energy, sharp focus and optimal body fat for peak performance has become the cornerstone of her business. Some of her current and past clients include coaches and players from the NFL, NBA and MLB as well as aspiring MMA and Olympic athletes. As a former High School All-American, Olympic Development Team Member, Collegiate and Semi-Pro athlete herself, Jill has a clear understanding of what high performers require to achieve and sustain their personal best.

Victoria Taylor

Victoria’s been there. After losing her once perfect health in her early twenties, she began to question the mainstream medical advice she was taught. Her experience of cystic acne sent her on a deep dive to find the root cause of her skin issues, but she didn’t stop there. Her dive into the holistic health world has brought her knowledge that she’s ready to share with you. She’s now on a path of creating her own healing method including but not limited to; optimizing drainage and detoxification, implementing low-tox living and prioritizing emotional well-being and stress management.
